What kind of photo works best?
A clear photo where the face is visible. Old, faded, scratched or black-and-white photos are fine – that's what we love. Scans or phone photos of a print both work.
Is this real footage?
No – it's an AI-assisted film based on your photo, carefully directed and checked by a person. It's an artistic interpretation of how your loved one could have looked and moved.
How long does it take?
Paid with PayPal: within 24 hours. All other payment methods: within 48 hours. You receive a link to your HD video (MP4) by email.
Can I choose my own scene?
Yes. Pick one of our stories or select “My own scenario idea” and describe where you'd like to see them and what they should do.
Can you make a film of someone who has passed away?
Yes – many of our films are made in loving memory. Please only order if you are family or have the family's agreement.
What if I don't like the result?
Tell us within 14 days what feels wrong and we'll redo the scene for free. As every film is custom-made digital content, all sales are final once we've started.
